Hape is sacred tobacco snuff used as a ceremonial medicine as a part of Yawanawa culture. It is a mixture of 100% mapacho tobacco and Tsunu (ashes of a special tree in the Amazon jungle). Hape is traditionally served through Tepi or Kuripi (self-serve). They are usually made from bamboo or an animal bone. It is an extremely powerful medicine for cleansing, connection to the spirit realm, and purification of our energetical body. It may have a purgatory effect, this is part of the realignment of energies in our body. This is a ticketed event. Link
